Time, mileage, weight, power, torque, towing and hauling - all enemies of rubber bushings in hard working full-size trucks. The more that is asked of soft rubber OEM bushings the more quickly they degrade and potentially fail. The 'DS' series RAM 1500 has been an owner favorite since its introduction in 2010, so much so that it soldiered on for many years along side the 'DT' series intended to replace it. These trucks offer massive capability and supreme comfort - but they all suffer from the same quickly degrading rear tailing arm bushings. As these bushings wear they permit more and more movement of the rear axle over bumps, uneven surfaces and as you apply and release the throttle. In the driver's seat this results in a lack of confidence and predictability as the rear of the truck will move around under changing loads and surfaces requiring constant correction. Noise can also be created from the rear of the truck as all of the suspension and driveline components are not properly located by the trailing arm bushings. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Chief Motorsports. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Some items are exempt from being returned, including custom orders, special orders, and used items. These items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return requirements, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds for items that do not meet the above return requirements.
