Return Policy:

  • Any return/exchange must be within 30 days from the purchase date of the item. Item must be brand new/unmounted and in the original box and/or packaging, uninstalled for return/exchange. Items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • We do not allow cancellations, returns or exchanges of special-order items as they are built to order.
  • Returned or cancelled preorders will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
  • Open box items or used items are sold as is and are not refundable.
  • We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any product(s) that has been modified.
  • We do not offer partial refunds on product(s) that have been “partially” used.
  • We do not accept returns on “discontinued” and clearance items.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the merchandise to ensure that it is in brand new condition and is complete with all original accessories. Once we have determined that everything is in order, we will issue your store credit.
  • Contact us immediately to cancel order with your name, number, order number, reason for canceling, and the items you want to cancel.
  • Cancellations are subject to fee of 10% of the original price.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.
  • Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  • You must inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier within 24 hours. If you received a damaged product, you must keep the product with its original packaging materials for the carrier to investigate. After reporting the loss/damage to the carrier, Chief Motorsports must be notified immediately with details and photos regarding the damaged or incomplete shipment. Our team will then schedule for the item to be returned to us if needed or provide the proper support for a shipment claim. Once we receive the product, we will inspect the condition and either issue a replacement or a credit if applicable. Do not send any items back to the return address without first obtaining an RMA number from Chief Motorsports.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued within 30 days from the purchase date of the product if you need to return the product for any reason. RMA numbers can be obtained by completing a return request via email.
  • If shipping merchandise back to us yourself, we recommend that you use a shipping carrier that offers signature confirmation, insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
  • Chief Motorsports reserves the right to change or amend our return policy without notice at any time.

Warranty Policy:

  • Chief Motorsports does not cover manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty and guarantees are provided by the manufacturer.
