QA1?s Proma Star Coil-Overs help you gain the benefits of coil-over shocks on a huge range of vehicles. Building a custom chassis or suspension components? Can?t find direct-fit options for your vehicle? These are for you. Available with 3" to 9" of stroke and single- or double-adjustable valving, QA1 shocks instantly upgrade ride quality and performance. The shock and included hardware kit provide quick and easy ride height adjustability to get the perfect stance. Just add a 2.5" spring of the appropriate length and spring rate to get rolling. Choose from single- or double-adjustable valving to dial in ride comfort and performance. Single-adjustable shocks work great for street cars, softening or stiffening the overall ride with one knob. , , Double-adjustable shocks are ideal for cars that see consistent track time or drivers who want to fine tune their ride quality. Independent compression and rebound tuning make this shock equally at home on the street, drag strip and road course. Choose from multiple mounting configurations. The poly bushing option includes ?" and 5/8" sleeves, while helping to reduce NVH. Bearing mount shocks minimize deflection and work well if your mounts require misalignment. Other mounting styles are available (sold separately) for T-Bar and stud-mount applications. Extended eyelets can also be used. All QA1 Proma Star shocks are made in the USA and dyno tested to ensure performance and quality. They are eligible for an industry-leading Limited Lifetime Warranty. Our Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Chief Motorsports. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Some items are exempt from being returned, including custom orders, special orders, and used items. These items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return requirements, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds for items that do not meet the above return requirements.
