Product Overview The QA1 lowering kit is an all-in-one solution for anyone looking to upgrade the suspension of their 2021-2025 Ford F150. This kit includes both QA1's front Pro Coil Coil-Overs and Rear Drop Kit, which provide adjustability to achieve the perfect lowered stance, while providing significant improvements to ride quality and performance. Ride Height Adjustability QA1 lowering kits offer easy and precise adjustments for your truck's stance. Fully threaded front coil-over shock bodies provide adjustment without the use of clumsy shims or spacers, while our rear drop kits offer 2” of adjustment to dial in the final rake of the truck. Front coil-overs provide a drop range of 3"-5" using drop spindles or 1"-3" with stock spindles. Lower the rear with a drop range of 3.5-5.5” with ½ inch increment adjustments on 2WD trucks. 4X4 trucks will see an additional 1.5" of lowering in the rear. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return requirements, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
