Heavy Duty Shock Design QA1 Engineers have tackled the challenge of supporting the weight and payload capacity of modern trucks by designing a heavy-duty version of our Pro Coil system, which features an upgraded shock with polyurethane bushings and a 1" chromoly T-bar. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return requirements, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
