For frequent use, our fully-adjustable, industry leading air springs are the perfect partner for your vehicle, eliminating any ride issues that you might face. The LoadLifter 5000 kit helps to eliminate problems frequently faced when towing and hauling, such as squat, poor headlight aim, trailer sway, body roll, and bottoming out. With the added stability and weight-distribution that air springs provide, you can haul safely, knowing that you have optimal braking and steering control. With the ability to adjust the air pressure from 5-100 PSI, your Ram ProMaster van can be ready for any weight and any situation (Note: Do not exceed vehicle's GVWR). An Air Lift exclusive, each kit comes equipped with upper and lower roll plates, added to protect the air springs from sharp edges, while increasing the load capacity by 10%. The air springs themselves are built like a tire, reinforced with 2-ply fabric for maximum strength. All of the end caps are made with an ultra high-strength nylon composite formula, strong as steel, but much lighter and corrosion proof. Installing the kit is a simple process, requiring only common hand tools and no frame drilling. The LoadLifter 5000 kit comes with clear, easy to follow instructions, and an under frame design, made to work with most in-bed hitches. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Chief Motorsports. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Some items are exempt from being returned, including custom orders, special orders, and used items. These items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return requirements, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
