An exhaust for the hottest of VW’s hatchbacks - unmatched quality, fitment, performance and tone. For those who like it raw, rowdy, and light, the AWE Track Edition is for you. The Track Edition takes all of the precision engineering and performance of its SwitchPath™ counterpart, minus the valve on the passenger’s side and the muffler on the driver’s side. The result is a constant “valve open†mode. This version is known to get (really) rowdy, and may be too much for many. For that reason, this particular version cannot be returned due to sound preference. But fear not – if after running the Track Edition you're feeling it’s a bit too much, AWE makes it easy to swap over to a SwitchPath™ with the Conversion Kit. Just bolt it on and tone it down a bit – easy! Valve Simulators (sold separately): Why do you need them? When it comes to the Track Edition versions of these systems, the valves are eliminated, and the ECU stores what is known as a ‘soft code’ in the system. While this code is not harmful, who wants it? Enter the AWE Electronic Valve Simulators. These simple devices plug right into the factory harness in place of the exhaust valves, and prevent any code from ever being stored in the ECU due to the removal of the exhaust valves. Plug them in. Start it up. Drive away. That simple. Comes as a set of two.When it comes to tips, the Track Edition finishes off with 102mm slash-cut tips, featuring the AWE logo, so they know what team you're on. All tips are individually adjustable, allowing depth into the bumper to be set according to personal taste. They're also double walled to ensure a mirror finish - even under hard usage. Lookin’ good!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Chief Motorsports. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. Some items are exempt from being returned, including custom orders, special orders, and used items. These items are sold "as is" and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return requirements, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
